Charlotte has its fair share of exciting things that you can go see. For example, there is the NASCAR hall of fame and the U.S. National Whitewater Center. Apart from that they have a few of the largest banks headquarters, such as Bank of American and Wells Fargo. So you can see there is quite a lot to see when going to Charlotte. But I left out one of the most important things to see, the car shows! Let’s take a look.
4th Annual “Anti-freeze” Drifting and Car Meet Event
So the 4th annual drifting and car meet event, sounds pretty exciting! You will get to see all sorts of cool cars drifting around a race track trying to get one of the best times. Registration had a limited amount of spots, being first come first serve. But if you don’t get to get into the show you can always go to it.
The admission fee is $10 a person, but you will get your money’s worth. There will be many different things to get excited about. There are various vendors, selling official merchandise. There will be places giving out NOS energy drinks, a DJ, and food and drinks available to buy. The most interesting feature of the show is the fact that they will be allowing rides with some of the drivers. Imagine not just seeing the races but actually being a part of them!
Dale Earnhardt Auto Show
So the Dale Earnhardt Auto Show. If you are a NASCAR fan or just like cars, this is an event that you need to go and check out. There will be 40 different types of vehicle classes and trophies for first, second and third places. There will many food and drink vendors on site. All of the money made will go to the Dale Earnhardt Foundation, which goes to helping kids, wildlife and education. Think of all of the good that you can do when going to this car show, and remember that all donations are welcome.
So make sure that if you are in Charlotte for a while that you check out these awesome car shows.
