2010 was a great year for North Carolina Car Shows. There was just about every type of car show you can think of.
For all you Tuner and Street style race fans there was StreetWiseDrift’s Car Show. It was a weekend filled with tuner cars, drift competition and drag racing, but that’s not all. The StreetWiseDrift’s car show also saw plenty of Classic cars and motorcycles.
For all of you that are fans of the classic well built European Cars there was the Euro-Classic Car Show. That’s right all European classic cars and nothing else.
Classic Car Shows
For all of you that are in to the classics. Classic Chevy’s, Ford’s and 50’s and 60’s music you will find a number of classic car shows. Classics only usually these won’t allow cars that made in 1975 or later. There were great shows like the First Capital Car Show with nearly 100 classic cars and great fifties tunes we can say that this show was definitely a success and a must for next year.
The 4th annual Hog Fest was another great classic car show, but it brought something a little more unusual as well. You probably guessed by the name, a cook off. You better believe it a BBQ Cook off, the day couldn’t have been better, it had plenty of great cars, but the food was just as great.
Volkswagen Show
Last, but not least there was the Cherokee Volkswagen Car Show. Yep, an all Volkswagen show, remembering a great car when cars were built simple and built to last.
